Where we might fall short
If something does not work for you
Last updated: 21 July 2026
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website, whatever their needs.
What we aim for
Our site is built on Squarespace. We've aimed to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which is the standard most UK sites work to. In practice we've aimed to make sure:
Text is clear and easy to read, with short sentences and plain words.
Images have text descriptions for people using a screen reader.
Colours are chosen for good contrast, so text stands out.
Pages work on a phone, tablet or computer.
You can move through the site using just a keyboard.
Booking your appointment
Bookings and payments are handled by Fresha, which is a separate service. We don't control how accessible Fresha's booking pages are. If you have any trouble booking online, please just contact us and we'll happily book you in over the phone or by message instead.
Where we might fall short
No website is perfect, and some things may not be fully accessible. For example, older images without descriptions, or content from other services we link to. We're working to improve this over time.
If something doesn't work for you
If you have any difficulty using this site, or you need information from it in a different format, please get in touch. We'll do our best to help.
